Shipping & Handling
Ordering and shipment Confirmation
All orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be processed on Monday. Please check back during Holidays for special schedules. After placing your order, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email. Please keep this for your records. As soon as your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you know exactly when to expect your jewelry.
Production times may vary. Please review the details on the product page of the jewelry you’re interested in for accurate processing times. Order processing time is typically between 4-8 business days as our jewelry is handmade and custom designed.
If you need your order in a hurry make a note in your cart before proceeding through the checkout process with the date you need your order by. A personal shopper will confirm this date with you within 24 hours. If the date cannot be reached your money will be refunded.
Shipping Time and Fees
Once an order has shipped it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive. For specific order delivery dates please contact a personal shopper.
Orders over $75.00 or higher receive complimentary First Class USPS shipping. Orders under $75.00 will be charged $5.00 during the checkout process for First Class USPS shipping.
