Q. How should I properly store and care for my Nava Jewelry?
A. Your jewelry will be shipped via USPS, FEDEX or UPS. If you prefer a specific carrier, please contact us at concierge@NavaNY.com.
Q. Can I cancel an order once it’s placed?
A. Once an order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel.
Q. My jewelry does not look exactly the same as my friend’s jewelry.
A. All our jewelry is unique and handmade in New York! Occasionally, there will be slight differences in luster and color. Enjoy your jewelry’s uniqueness!
Q. How do I know how much my chapter has donated from our purchases?
A. Please contact us for up-to-date information on your chapter’s donations.
Q. My chapter is interested in pieces specially made for us! Is this possible?
A. Yes, we do specialized custom orders. We would love to work with you to come up with something unique and exciting. Consult a stylist now!
Q. Can the shipping time for my jewelry be expedited?
A. We handcraft all of our pieces to order. Therefore, we cannot promise faster service. If you would like Rush Delivery or have a specific date you need your pieces by, please get in touch and we will try to help meet your timeline!

A: It’s simple. We go straight to the source and work hard to maintain our personal relationships with the cultivators of our gems. This process allows us to purchase our gems at very competitive prices and to pass the savings along to you, making it possible for everyone to stay stylish and contribute to change.

A: Nothing is perfect, but we work our hardest to make everything right! If you have any problems with your custom jewelry, contact one of our Nava stylists and they will get back to you within 24 hours.
